This job involved the demolition of a wall between an exisiting dining room and kitchen in order to create one open plan space. The existing kitchen units were reused and then matched with new units to create a new breakfast bar. Installation of a new oven, blocking up of a doorway and new plastering throughout.

Fitted sliding doors into a property, doors recessed into a pocket hidden in the wall so no doors on show when open. Double glazed set separating a lounge and dining area. Single solid oak door into an en suite.

Extensive renovation and extension of a bungalow

This bungalow was built in the 1960’s and had not undergone any major works since then. The work involved a large double storey extension including major supporting steelwork insertion. DMC Construction and Interiors completed all work from groundswork to finishing touches.

Demolition of majority of existing bungalow and creation of 4 bedroom chalet style bungalow and terraced garden

This project involved the demolition of the majority of a bungalow in a very bad state of repair and creation of a new 4 bedroom chalet style bungalow. All works from extensive groundswork to finishing touches carried out by DMC Construction and Interiors. The garden was a challenging gradient so was made more manageable with the insertion of terraces. A summer house and patios were created along with a large carport and driveway.
