This was a renovation and extension project which involved large scale building work, including removal of the back of the property and insertion of a large steel (see photos). The end result was a 3 bedroom property and a single storey extension at the rear finished to a high standard in an open plan design. The garden was landscaped and a carport large enough for 2 cars was created.
